The 7-step sequence
Step 1 — Welcome video (60 seconds in)
A personal-feeling video from the practitioner. Confirms purchase, sets expectations, frames the journey. Replaces the static auto-responder.
Step 2 — Intake form (24 hours in)
Modality-appropriate intake — symptoms across systems, lifestyle baselines, dietary patterns, medications, goals. Tagged for protocol routing.
Step 3 — Baseline capture (Day 2)
Photos opt-in (sensitively asked), measurements, starting weight or biomarker baselines. Stored in the client portal for trend tracking.
Step 4 — Lab kit shipped (if applicable)
Practices that order baseline labs trigger kit shipping with tracking, instructions, and a 7-day follow-up if not returned.
Step 5 — Calendar booking (Day 3)
Calendar invite for first 1:1 session, with a calendar buffer protected for the practitioner.
Step 6 — Resource unlock (Day 4)
Client portal access unlocked — protocol PDFs, recipe library, education videos, and group-channel access if applicable.
Step 7 — First check-in (Day 5)
The daily check-in pulse begins, calibrated to where the client is in the program.
