Review Automation
Most review-collection tools fire at a fixed interval — “ask every client at day 30.” That’s why most wellness practices have 8 reviews, all from the rare clients who happened to be at peak satisfaction on day 30.
This automation does it differently: it waits for the win.
Milestone-triggered review asks
The system watches for events that signal a client is at peak satisfaction:
- Weight-loss goal reached (or interim milestone — first 5%, first 10%)
- Biomarker improvement (HbA1c, hormone panel, GI test)
- Habit streak (30, 60, 90 days)
- Practitioner-tagged win (“client just told me their sleep changed”)
- Renewal completed (signal of satisfaction)
At any of these moments, a review-ask sequence fires.
The smart-routing pattern
Step 1 — Internal sentiment check
First message: “Hey [name], huge congrats on [milestone]! Quick question — how would you rate your experience so far, 1–5?”
Step 2a — High score (4-5) → public review
“Amazing — would you mind sharing that with others who are on the fence? Here’s our Google link / Trustpilot / Yelp / RealSelf.”
Step 2b — Low score (1-3) → internal recovery
“Thank you for the honest feedback — I want to make sure I understand. Can you share what we could have done better?” Routes to practitioner inbox, never to public.
Step 3 — Auto-share & nudge
- 5-star reviews auto-share to your social channels (with permission)
- Reminder fires at Day 7 if no review submitted
- Bonus referral credit unlocks for verified reviews
Where this matters most for wellness practices
Wellness clients gain trust by reading other wellness clients’ stories. A page of recent, milestone-tied 5-star reviews from “Sarah, 47, lost 28 lbs in 12 weeks” or “James, gut symptoms gone in 90 days” converts at 4-5x the rate of generic testimonials.
This automation makes that page write itself.
Configurable during onboarding
We map your specific milestones, route to the review platforms you care about (Google Business, Trustpilot, RealSelf, Yelp, niche-specific platforms), and tune the cadence during your 10 dedicated hours.
